The story of Littleox Tech LLC — in the founder's own words.

When I founded Littleox Tech LLC on a quiet morning in January 2019, the entire operation fit on a single workbench in a rented Orlando garage. Seven years on, that workbench is gone — replaced by warehouses, partners, and a customer base spanning all forty-eight contiguous states. But the question I asked myself that first morning hasn't changed: "How do we sell tech the way we'd want to buy it ourselves?"

Why Florida, why now

I chose to incorporate in Florida for two reasons. First, the logistics: Orlando sits at a sweet spot between major U.S. ports, with fast outbound freight to both coasts. Second, the people: Central Florida's tech and small-business community is unusually open, collaborative, and willing to bet on a newcomer.

We started by building custom PCs for local gamers and small businesses. Word spread. Within six months, we had more inbound requests than I could handle alone, and the obvious next step was to stop just building and start curating — sourcing the best gaming laptops, consoles, and accessories directly from authorized brand partners, and offering them to a broader audience online.

What we've learned

If there's one lesson from these seven years, it's that scale does not justify shortcuts. The big tech retailers got big by squeezing margins, automating customer service, and treating returns as a cost center. We've grown by doing the opposite: investing in honest descriptions, fast human responses, and a return policy that errs on the side of the customer.

I still personally read a sample of customer emails every week. I still take occasional support calls. Not because we're small — but because that's the only way to make sure we don't drift.

Our brand partners

We've spent years earning authorized-reseller relationships with the brands we believe in: Lenovo, ASUS, Dell, HP, Acer, Microsoft, Meta, Nintendo, Razer, Logitech, NETGEAR, Crucial, Seagate, and Samsung. Every product we sell comes with the original manufacturer warranty, and every order is fulfilled from authorized inventory. No grey market. No surprises.

Where we're going

In 2026, we're focused on three things:

  1. Faster delivery — expanding our warehouse network so that more orders ship same-day across more zip codes;
  2. Smarter curation — deepening our product expertise so the catalog stays tight and intentional, not bloated;
  3. Better post-purchase service — because the relationship doesn't end when the box ships.
