Return & Refund Policy

At Littleox Tech LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how to return your item and receive a refund.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. Items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition;
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts included;
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and licensing reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Software licenses that have been activated or redeemed;
  • Digital downloads or gift cards;
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase;
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email service@littleoxtech.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return label (if applicable — see Section 5).
  3. Pack the item securely with the RMA number visible on the outside of the package and ship it back using the provided label.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will issue your refund.

4. Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You can expect to see the refund within:

  • Credit / debit cards: 5–10 business days after we process the return;
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days;
  • Bank transfer: 7–14 business days.

The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. We will email you a confirmation when your refund has been issued.

5. Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping for items that arrive defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered. For returns due to change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping (typically $8–$25 depending on size and weight). Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping) at your choice.

7. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.

8. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest turnaround and inventory availability.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe above, please:

  1. Check your bank account or statement again;
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted;
  3. If you've done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at service@littleoxtech.com.
